Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, selected services, consultation preferences, career or digital growth goals, URLs you choose to share, uploaded resumes or supporting documents, referral codes, source page, browser details, and spam-protection signals.

How We Use Information

We use enquiry details to qualify requests, route messages to the right internal contact, prepare replies, provide requested services, preserve team-member referral attribution, protect the form from abuse, and maintain basic operational records.

Storage and Service Providers

Enquiries and private file metadata are stored in Supabase. Resume uploads are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are accessed by the team through short-lived signed links. Resend is used for email notifications and acknowledgements. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to verify that form submissions are not spam.

Referral Tracking

If you arrive through a team-member referral link, the referral code may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days using local storage and a cookie. Referral values are used internally for lead attribution and are not displayed publicly.

Your Choices

You can request correction or deletion of enquiry information by contacting adewumitestimony@careerstrategypro.com. You should avoid uploading documents that contain information not needed for the requested service.

Security

We limit access to submitted information, use private storage for uploaded documents, and keep service keys out of public browser code. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
